Wildlife webcams


To view some live wildlife action click on the links below.

If you wish to get started with your own webcam, why not put up a bird box and install a camera to watch the nesting season in your own back garden?  For advice go to the following site: www.beautifulbritain.co.uk.

Please feel free to report great wildlife webcams to us at info@whentowatchwildlife.org and we might include them on this page.  Also, if you find that one of our chosen sites has stopped streaming their webcam then we would be grateful if you could tell us...thanks.

 

  • Sea bird pictures colonies on the glorious Scottish coast (last checked 10/08/09).
  • The i-Catcher console site is a great resource when available: bird table 1, bird table 1 ('close')bird table 2 (see images below), owlcam, and roofcam (for perching owls) webcams - high quality cameras by dedicated bird lovers.  Be patient with the controls (last checked 10/08/09).

  • My Forest Home - a great site with a number of garden wildlife webcams (last checked 26/11/09).
  • Andrew Coopers site has a number of webcams watching badgers, birds and even a water but all on his Church Farm (last checked 26/11/09).
  • The RSPB webcams provide snapshots of a number of their bird feeders (last checked 10/08/09).
  • UKGardenWildife have a webcam watching a bird table (last checked 26/11/09).

  • Nature Watch - Webcams setup in nest boxes, a bird bath, mealworm feeder and seed feeder, recording all of the action from a regular household garden in Essex.(last checked 26/11/09).
